International Reach
At this time, we proudly sell our products only within Australia. We do not offer worldwide shipping.
Order Processing: Production & Handling Time
As all our Flatpack Fire Pits and accessories are Australian-made and made-to-order, a production time is required before shipment. The handling time is based on the product type:
- Flatpack Fire Pits: Production requires 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Fire Pit Accessories: Production requires 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Your order’s transit time (delivery) will begin immediately after the production and handling process is complete.
Order Cut-off Time
To ensure your order is registered for production on the current business day, the cut-off time is:
Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM (AEST/GMT+10:00 Sydney Time)
Shipping Rates and Transit Time
We offer two reliable shipping options across Australia: Express Shipping (for fast delivery) and our standard carrier option (calculated at checkout).

Tracking and Insurance
Tracking
A tracking link and code will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow its route until it reaches your delivery address.
Insurance & Missing Packages
Your order automatically comes with insurance. If you have not received a tracking update for your order within 5–10 business days of dispatch, please email us directly at contact.team@uppercutco.com.au. We will assist you in filing a missing package report with the mail carrier.
