We accept returns for all products within 30 days of delivery, including Fire Pits and Fire Pit Accessories, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and free from damage. Returns are not accepted for final sale items, which include gift cards, custom orders, and used or personalized items.

4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact.team@uppercutco.com.au with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. In cases of our error, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. They are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are primarily available for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us promptly upon delivery to arrange an exchange.
