• Flatpack Fire Pits: Production takes approximately 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Fire Pit Accessories: Production is quicker, typically taking 1–2 business days.

We offer two primary shipping methods across Australia:

1. Express Shipping (Recommended for quick turnaround)

• Transit Time: 1–2 days once shipped.
• Charge (0kg – 10kg): $20 AUD
• Charge (10.01kg – 20kg): $150 AUD

2. Sendle Carrier Shipping

This is calculated based on your location and the final dimensions of your order. The exact shipping charge and transit time will be displayed at checkout.

Yes, once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your delivery status.

Our Flatpack Fire Pits are designed for quick, tool-free assembly. They consist of interlocking steel pieces. Simply slot the side panels into the base piece and connect the corresponding edges. The parts are precision-cut, so they should fit snugly without the need for hardware.

Always ensure the pit is placed on a non-flammable, stable surface away from flammable materials before lighting.

To ensure the longevity and look of your fire pit and accessories:

• Cleaning: Once cooled, clear out excess ash and debris. You can use a wire brush or scraper for stubborn residue.
• Surface: The steel will naturally develop a patina (rust) over time when exposed to the elements. Many customers enjoy this rugged, natural look, but if you prefer to slow this process, store the disassembled pit in a dry place (like the dedicated Storage Carry Bag) when not in use.
• Do Not Use Water: Never use water to extinguish a fire or clean a hot pit, as this can warp the steel.
